We supply premium customized casting and forging products based on drawings and specifications provided. We offer products on a wide range of alloys, including numerous stainless steel alloys, such as ASTM304 (CF8), 316(CF8M), 316L, 416, etc. Our products can also be made of various carbon steels, nickel-based alloys, aluminum alloys, brass alloys, ductile irons, gray irons, and other materials.

We employ numerous technologies, including sand casting, investment casting, die casting, vacuum casting, pressure casting, and several forging processes to find the optimum manufacturing process. Our product dimension tolerance complies with ISO 8062 CT5-7 grades, and the finishing range is up to 3.2 microns. The products can scale from several grams up to several tons. Our in-house testing, utilizing optical emission spectrometers, full-line dimension inspections, radiography, magnetic particles, and ultrasound, ensure that our products meet your exact specifications.

We accept any standard drawings in various popular formats (such as AutoCAD™). After receiving the drawings and specifications, we will promptly provide pricing information without any fees. In most cases, we will supply samples for customer's approval within 45-60 days. All of our products are guaranteed to conform with requirements, and normally come with a 30-day risk-free evaluation period.
